| CARBOSYSTEM, the standard water carbonation
equipment proposed by WATER SYSTEMS, is conceived
to guarantee the best reliability of the equipment
together with an high simplicity of use and an
optimal stability of the product, also in case of format
variation. Heart of the system is the carbon dioxide injection group: this device, thanks to a particularly evolved software, to an optimized choice of the carbon dioxide injection and relief valves and to the injection hardware (Venturi pipe plus in line mixer), allows to optimize the gas consumptions and to get a very good perlage of the product. The flexibility of the firm allows besides to propose different solutions according to the Customer’s needs: simplified systems with temperature-pressure based control or more evolved and sophisticated systems (including a massic gas flow transmitter to optimize gas consumptions) are both available; besides the deaeration step can be carried out with a vacuum pump or with a stripping system through the preinjection of carbon dioxide. Further more, if required, the equipment can be provided with a PROFIBUS communication port (ETHERNET as alternative) for a complete integration in the bottling line and the automatic management of the production and cleaning phases. |
