Continuous melting systems

For the continuous melting of tempered butter, margarine, AMF and vegetable fat products. The throughput and product outlet temperatures are adjustable to fit production demand.

This is a closed melting system that minimises the risk of bacteriological problems. Reduced energy cost, water and chemical consumption in connection with CIP.

It is a skid mounted system, thus reducing needed floor space as well as the installation and commissioning costs.
