Emulsifying systems
This simple and well-proven emulsifying machine is for continuous production of mayonnaise, dressing and sauces. The oil drop size and the oil drop distribution are easily regulated by changing the shaft revolutions on the EM. The EM has a capacity range from 50 to 3,500 kg/hour depending on the oil content of the product.

With the GS emulsifying equipment the production costs can be kept at a minimum as the equipment is easy to operate and takes up very little floor space.
The continuous GS system consists of an emulsifying machine type EG and a visco rotor and has a capacity range of up to 15,000 kg/hour.
