Flash pasteurisation plants
| A wide range of flash pasteurizing units, equipped
with plates or shell and tubes heat exchangers, for
the treatment of fruit juice, beer, soft drink, syrup
and other food liquids. A wide and diversified range of custom-made flash pasteurising units, designed and dimensioned according to the typology of fluid to be treated and to the Customer’s needs. When required, the pasteurising unit, completely pre-assembled on a stainless steel circular-section skid for a quick installation and an easy and efficacious cleaning, can be equipped with accessorial systems for the production and for the heating and cooling fluids control. Furthermore the plants can be manufactured according to the criteria of aseptic industry for the production of UHT products and provided with the accessories necessary for the SIP cycle. |
